	Swan River Trust media statements are listed below. Ministerial media statements may be found on the Minister for Environment's website. The Department of Health deals with issues relating to human health including whether it is safe to recreate in the river and whether fish caught from the river are safe to eat. The Department of Environment and Conservation website also includes media statements about the Swan and Canning rivers.
