Air Quality Legislation

Policy, legislation and regulations are tools which can be used to help manage certain air quality issues. The Environmental Protection Act 1986 includes a number of different mechanisms which can be applied to air quality management.

Regulations

Regulations such as those addressing Clean Fuel and Domestic Solid Fuel Burning Appliances and Firewood Supply have also be developed under the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
