The Decommissioning and Rehabilitation Management Plan (DRMP) for the Brookdale Liquid Waste Treatment Facility (BLWTF) is required by Condition 5-1 of Ministerial Statement 588 date 12 March 2002. The DRMP is required to provide the framework to ensure tha the site is left in a condition which meets the requirements of the Minister for the Environment on advice of the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA).
