Information for Community Groups

The Department of Environment's Mission is to lead the protection and enhancement of the State’s environment and water resources, working in partnership with the community.

To do this, we provide technical support and information including publications, maps, and data to landcare, conservation, catchment and other community groups. We actively involve the community in many of our projects, and value the contribution made to management plans and to other reports and publications.
