Implementation

The Litter Prevention Strategy for Western Australia is a three year plan, 2006 - 2009, and many of the actions and implementation tasks detailed within it involve long-term, ongoing processes and will take a number of years to implement.

An annual reporting cycle will be undertaken for all actions outlined in the Strategy. Part of this annual process will be the reporting of measures of success and the results of projects undertaken, with a planned mid-term review after eighteen months operation of the strategy. Input from the community and other stakeholders will be sought to feed into this process.

If you or your organisation are interested in being involved in the Strategy's implementation please contact Keep Australia Beautiful Western Australia.
